Printing Tremplate

For creating documents and uploading them over the web and storing user preferences. I got to the part where I had the images loading nto the browser from the users local directory but kept trying to duplicateand add event handlers to the bitmap. which you were not allowed to do when loaded locally in AS 2.0 after much tedious googling. So. AS3.0, the next versiopn of the code came along and it was time to dive into that as it had more control over such things. Here it is as it was.
